Authorized personal use

Use notice

PAICC Backup Transport is a personal utility for its owner's authorized use. It is not a commercial backup service and creates no subscription or purchase. Access does not authorize access to another person's files, employer systems or production environments.

Use remains subject to Google's applicable API and account terms and the owner's infrastructure-provider terms. Backup presence alone does not establish recoverability: integrity verification, recovery-key custody and restore tests remain necessary. This notice does not replace those provider terms or establish a service-level commitment to third parties.
